Welcome everyone!  today I am using a throwback image from Stampers Delights call "Fifi & Petra" from the Circus Bundle.  This cute little image is perfect for a feminine birthday card of any age.  I reminded me of a French color theme that I think fit this project so well.  Yes my favorite colors!  Pink and Black!!!
