Rosettes Make Everything Brighter

Today I have a rosette project for you.  Have you ever wondered how to make a rosette wand that just looks spectacular?  Well then this is the right post for you.  I will be teaching you the basics of making a rosette wand.  From here you can make your own wand with any type of border or embellishment that you like. 

For today's craft I used the Friendships Grow Digital image from Stampers Delights.  This is an adorable little chibi girl holding her watering can.  Who doesn't love to see their friendship grow with a special friend?  This is a good way to send someone a little something to let them know how truly special their friendship is to you.
