No, I would not want to live in a world without dragons, as I would not want to live in a world without magic You slay me with all the kindness in your heart!

Now that the image is colored in, we're ready to start putting everything together. I started with the background of my card. The scalloped piece comes as two pieces. I adhered the two pieces together and then attached the green print card stock on top using double sided foam.
I wanted to add in some shine to the card to give it more interest. I used Silver Mirror Cardstock and Deco Foil on a toner sheet cut out into two strips. I layered the green over the silver. and adhered it to the lower half of the background with double sided tape.
Another type of paper I used was velvet paper. This was perfect because it make the black backing really pop. I used this to layer the image on using double sided tape.
Using a forest green cardstock I cut out a rectangle the same size as the velvet paper and used liquid blue to glue it to the back of the image shifted up and to the right. I then adhered the whole thing to the background using foam tape.
Time to start putting the smaller piece together before we loose any of the small pieces. I began by piecing the shield together. The shield was has a sentiment, "My Hero" on it, which i felt fit perfectly. I used the black velvet paper for the backing and the silver mirror paper for the sentiment portion. Glue one to the other and set aside. I then glued the sword (also out of silver mirror cardsotck) and the grip together (gray cardtock) and adhered it to the back of the shield as below.
Next for the banner, which comes in two pieces as well. Using the same green Deco Foil paper for the banner I adhered it to the the velvet cut of of the banner.
Now we can add everything onto the card. I used foam tape to back on the left side of the shield so that I could overlap the shield over the image at the same height. Next used liquid glue to adhere a banner with the Happy Birthday sentiment to the lower half of the image and sliding it under the shield. Using foam tape on the two outer banners and adhere it to the upper left of the image.
Finally I added some Apple Green Novu Drops and allowed to dry. Once dry I attached the whole thing to the A2 card base.
