Hi everyone! I just wanted to rant a little about the new Gift Card Flap DXF file that is up on my Facebook page. I had seen the Lawn Fawn dies for making gift card flaps. I absolutely loved the idea. It's cute and makes giving a gift card that much more creative. The only problem that I found I had is that it would be another set of dies to store in my crafting storage unit (which if you open it you are in danger of everything basically collapsing on you). Since I have a cutting machine I figure this would be the way to go. The only thing was that I couldn't find anyone that had the cutting file. That is when I decided that I would make it myself. ![]() As you can see this is a set of two in order to make the gift card. Each one is about $15. They are also a fixed size. This is another reason why I liked the DXF file. I can make any size flap. Any size card holder. I am not just limited to gift cards, but I can resize this in order to fit a picture or maybe even an invitation. How neat would that be? Just check out the video below.
