We creep and crawl all through the night, only to bring you glorious fright!Hi everyone! Welcome back to the blog I hope that you are having a wonderful start to Autumn. Well...we only have about a month and a few days until Halloween! While i know it's not the same as all other years past, that doesn't mean that you can't always send a card and gift. Here's a SPOOK-TACULAR duo that will definitely give the recipient a wonderful fright. Stampers Delights now has a mystery box up on the website. The images are being reveled one by one in the Facebook Group, so I highly encourage you to join. I used two images from the box to make this set. I think they are a sweet treat.
Let the Screams Begin!Once you have all of your items cut out to the specifications above you are ready to begin building your tag and card. The coloring is fairly simple as well, so this will make for an easy and quick project. In Design Space (DS) the Tag should copied twice. One will be white and flattened with the Corn Sentiment and flattened. the other will be sliced at 2" on yellow cardstock and the other at 1" on orange card stock. Layer the three together as depicted below. The background will be black and layered last. In DS, flatten the candy corn border. This will be glued down on the lower section of the tag. Using 1/4" Foam Tape adhere the So Corny Images staggered from top to bottom. Using 4 pieces of twine cut to 5" in length, thread through the tag and trim to desired length. Using the white card stock, blend to the three distress oxide inks so that you it goes in the order of Spiced Pumpkin, Wilted Violet, and Twisted Citron. Adhere this to the black backing and then to the A2 card base. Using 1/4" foam tape, adhere the little ghosts to the card so that they are about 1/2" apart and centered. They should be about 1/4 of an inch from the top. Again, wit the 1/4" foam tape line the back of the Boo Sentiment and adhere it about 1/4" form the bottom. TIP: Adhere the B and the Exclamation Point first so that you can better space out the O's Done! That was quick and easy to make. Below is what your card and tag should look like.
